Job summary

Dents A/C in Mississippi is seeking a self-motivated HVAC installation technician to join our growing team. Installers are paid hourly or by piece rate, with uncapped pay potential and full benefits.

You will install equipment per safety standards, stay current with new technologies, document work, and participate in safety training. Requires 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
