AAA Service Network is seeking an Install Technician in Brighton, MI to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. You will work in crews to replace furnaces and air conditioners, conduct safety tests, and ensure clear communication with homeowners about service status.

This role emphasizes customer service, requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, and includes pre-employment background checks and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
• Work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system and check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Maintain truck inventory levels and assist with collecting payments.
• Communicate status of the system to homeowners after service.
