Pat’s Heating & A/C is seeking an Installation Technician to join a dynamic team in the Wisconsin area. You will install and commission residential HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with installation coordinators, warehouse staff, and sales managers to complete jobs on time and within budget while upholding safety standards. A minimum of 1 year HVAC experience, good troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency with common HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
• Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.

The Role

Pat’s Heating & A/C is looking for an Installation Technician to work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with other installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory managers, and sales managers, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.
