Job summary

Nicholson Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to install residential heating and air conditioning systems in customers’ homes. You will lead an installation crew, ensure quality workmanship, and comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

In addition, you will communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the process and help ensure installations are efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading or running an installation crew.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems in customers' homes.
• Lead and work alongside installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional attention to detail.
• Represent the Nicholson brand with professionalism and integrity.
