Job summary

Century Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join a family‑owned team serving homes and businesses across Oregon. You will install, start up, and service residential and light commercial systems, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will read blueprints and diagrams, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and maintain a safe work environment while supporting the Century brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial).
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Oregon Limited Energy or HVAC license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and start up HVAC systems per standards and specs.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust to ensure proper performance.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our team of skilled professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Install, replace, and start up HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure proper system performance through testing, calibration, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide top-tier workmanship and represent the Century Heating and Cooling brand with pride.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial).
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required).
• Oregon Limited Energy or HVAC license preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a variety of environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Schedule
