Qualifications

• 10+ years HVAC industry experience (preferred).
• Ability to review job packets, notes and scopes for accuracy.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with multiple teams.
• Valid driver's license and background screening compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review sales packets, notes, photos and installation details before work is scheduled.
• Confirm scope of work and identify missing information or material needs.
• Coordinate with sales and office teams to align customer expectations.
• Prepare clear work orders and material lists for crews.
• Provide installers with technical guidance and resolve questions.
• Monitor installation quality and address potential delays or rework.
• Respond professionally to customer concerns and coordinate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety practices, and standards.
• Support organized, accountable installation teams and tidy jobsites.
