Job summary

Hams heating and cooling is seeking an HVAC Tech/Install Coordinator to oversee installations, service, and repair of heating and cooling systems from Reno to Elko in Northern Nevada. Performance pay is an option, with company van, iPad with ServiceTitan, and tools provided.

Responsibilities include supervising installations, performing maintenance, and addressing emergency requests while maintaining safety policies. Opportunities to upsell and grow with the company are emphasized.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation, service, and repair experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams preferred.
• Able to handle physically demanding workload.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Good teamwork with ability to mentor others.
• MSHA knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to upsell and sell new equipment.
