Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Follow all local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Ensure proper system startup and operation after installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being performed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
