Job summary

Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical seeks an HVAC Install Manager to lead residential installation operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership role oversees install, warranty, and IAQ teams, focusing on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while coaching field technicians.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day performance, driving KPIs and ensuring installations meet standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience in installation, service or related roles.
• Experience leading HVAC technicians and field teams.
• Strong knowledge of installation quality, commissioning and airflow.
• Experience managing Warranty/IAQ and subcontractors preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC Install Leads, Install Helpers, Warranty and IAQ teams.
• Oversee daily installation operations, scheduling and capacity.
• Ensure safe, correct, efficient, on-time installations.
• Provide field support to crews when challenges arise.
• Drive installation quality through inspections and commissioning.
• Monitor KPIs and protect customer experience.
