Paschal Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to oversee installation crews, drive profitability of jobs, and lead a team of technicians.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and strong customer communication within a team-oriented culture. Responsibilities include coordinating estimates with sales, maintaining quality and safety standards, and delivering reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service with leadership and mentoring abilities, plus a servant’s mentality.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical information to clients clearly.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, methods, operation principles, and safety practices.
• Accurate diagnostics ability and familiarity with HVAC systems.
• Ability to attract, hire, train and retain field technicians; supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC licensures by an accredited institution as required by state regulations.
• Previous HVAC installation experience.
• This is a safety-sensitive role requiring pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the company’s installation crew and profitability of installation jobs.

• Build trust and rapport with coworkers to foster an environment of teamwork and support of the company culture.
• All other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

• Possess great mechanical aptitude.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions.

• Strong knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in installing air conditioning and heating equipment.
• Knowledge of principles of operation of HVAC systems and safety practices.
• Accurate diagnostics ability.
• Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.
• Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping, customer billing and applying credit card payments.
• Ability to attract, hire, train and retain field technicians. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Applicable HVAC licensures by an accredited institution in accordance with varying state requirements.
• Previous HVAC installation experience.
• This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.
