Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee installation projects, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
  • Train staff, conduct performance appraisals, and analyze data for department budget preparation.
  • Set goals and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients to identify their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to optimize installation processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
What you bring to the table:
  • Manage a team of 16 or more install leads and helpers daily, providing ongoing training, monitoring data, coaching for better results, and assisting as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution knowledge, understanding of relevant regulations and codes, and excellent communication skills.
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to train full HVAC installations
Compensation: $65K to $85K annual salary
Schedule: M-F with flexibility, including some Saturdays
