Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation projects, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Train staff, conduct performance appraisals, and analyze data for department budgeting.
• Set goals and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients to identify needs and preferences, and develop strategies to optimize installation processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

What you bring to the table:

• Manage a team of 16 or more install leads and helpers daily, providing ongoing training, monitoring performance data, coaching for improvement, and assisting as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution knowledge, understanding of relevant regulations and codes, and excellent communication skills.
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to train full HVAC installations

Compensation: $65K to $85K annual salary

Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility, including some Saturdays
