Responsibilities include selecting equipment, loading the truck, calculating customer costs and sales tax, complying with codes, and maintaining safety and site cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years install experience.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and practical application.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and technicians to ensure proper project work.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, leadership, and training to HVAC install technicians.
• Determine the proper equipment for each customer’s needs.
• Load the truck with needed equipment and inventory for efficiency.
• Accurately determine customer costs and applicable sales tax.
• Maintain OSHA and local code compliance and keep the site clean.
