Job summary

Happy Hiller, a leading home service company, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer in Dickson, TN. The role focuses on code-compliant HVAC replacements, soldering and electrical work, and precise inspections.

You will mentor teammates and contribute to a multi-vehicle operation with strong training. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, EPA/NATE preferred, HVAC certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HVAC installer with focus on code-compliant replacements.
• Experience soldering and electrical work related to HVAC projects preferred.
• Must perform thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Knowledge of state HVAC codes essential.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code.
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC projectMust be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes.
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics.

Prefer 3-5years of verifiable work experience in HVAC install.
