Job summary

Hobaica Services, a long-standing HVAC provider in the Phoenix metropolitan area, seeks an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our team. You will oversee the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include installing systems, following guidelines, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety while coordinating with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems and ensure systems function optimally.
• Follow manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
