Job summary

Eco Home Solutions Inc. is seeking an HVAC Install Lead in Crossville, TN. You will lead residential HVAC installations, mentor apprentices, and ensure high-quality workmanship with timely completion. You’ll work closely with the Installation Manager to meet company goals and standards.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
• Two years HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
• Strong verbal and written communications and organization

Responsibilities

• Complete jobs on time and under budget with Installation Manager and apprentices.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure installations are properly completed and sign-off on the Installation Completion Form
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for overall business success
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and stocked truck
• Participate in training, meetings, and vendor training; follow company procedures.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through; strive to improve as an installer.

The Role

We’re looking for exceptional installation technicians to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC installation.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired metrics.

Responsibilities

• By working closely with the Installation Manager and Installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable
• Ensure jobs are properly installed; sign off on Installation Completion Form.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Driver License
• EPA certification - or willingness to complete within 30 days of employment (We cover the cost of your first test)
• Develop proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

A minimum of two (2) years' experience as an HVAC Installation and EPA Certification up to Type II or a willingness to obtain within 30 days.
