HVAC TECH - SERVICE TEAM / INSTALL LEAD

Top performing Technicians can earn up to $120,000 per year! As a Larry and Sons HVAC Technician, you will install and repair various air quality systems. Your main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems, conducting warranty services, and performing emergency repairs on equipment. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and guide customers to informed buying decisions.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean and stocked
• Complete paperwork properly
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Have or obtain proper certifications (we can assist)
• Remove old systems and install new ones
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Order and maintain equipment
• Comply with local HVAC codes
• Install pipe and duct systems
• Interpret wiring diagrams and understand refrigeration cycles
• Analyze technical data such as pressure and temperature

Qualifications

• Quality HVAC expertise & customer service skills
• Mechanically gifted and hardworking
• High integrity and team player

Experience/Education

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degrees preferred

License/Certification

• Driver's License required
