Description:
Our client is currently seeking an HVAC Install Lead to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure installation is in accordance with building codes and specifications.
• Interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversight of layout and procedures of installation.
• Test HVAC systems to verify their efficiency.
• Installation of wiring and controls.
• Troubleshooting and assessment of HVAC system issues.
• Coordinate installation projects in conjunction with team members.
• Maintenance of accurate work records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC installation.
• 3-5 years in residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including principles of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Proficient in interpretation of technical documents.
• The ability to troubleshoot.
• Proficient with power tools.
• Must be familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to HVAC installation.
• Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
