What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and controls.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with a variety of equipment.
• Collaborating with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their comfort.
• Following blueprints, codes, and safety standards during installations.
• Maintaining accurate records of completed projects and inventory.
• Training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician preferred.
• Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: HVAC certifications are a plus (we can help you earn them!).
