Bell Brothers in Des Moines is seeking an Experienced HVAC Helper to join our installation team. If you have hands-on HVAC experience and want an opportunity where earnings grow with your productivity, this is a great fit.

Pay starts at $24.00/hr+ with uncapped earning potential through piece-rate pay. You’ll assist with residential installations, prepare job sites, and uphold safety and customer-service standards while advancing your HVAC skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC experience required.
• Residential installation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential HVAC installations.
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, gas lines, and venting.
• Prepare job sites, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, parts, and inventory.
• Complete work safely and to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site.
• Provide a positive customer experience and communicate with homeowners.
• Follow safety procedures, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Continue developing HVAC installation skills through training and field experience.
