Job Title: RNC HVAC Install Helper

About the Role:

The RNC HVAC Install Helper performs semi-skilled work in the installation of HVAC systems under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the installation of HVAC systems following standard trade practices.
• Pushing, pulling, climbing, crawling, or lifting over 75 pounds.
• Working on scaffolds and ladders at various heights.
• Performing work under the guidance of assigned mechanics and supervisors.
• Ensuring workmanship and appearance meet quality standards during and after installation.
• Adhering to safety protocols, company policies, and builders' policies.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good driving record (not mandatory).
• Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, and working in various environments including indoor and outdoor settings.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for handling objects and controls.
• Regularly stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
