CoolToday is now hiring an Experienced HVAC Install Helper!

Looking for a company that puts people first? Cool Today is a leading HVAC service provider in Florida, with nearly 60 years of experience. We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Install Apprentice to join our Orlando team, with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience needed for the role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the installation of all brands and types of HVAC units.
2. Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
3. Perform start-up of equipment.
4. Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
5. Communicate effectively with management, dispatch, and customers to ensure overall success.
6. Keep accurate invoices and time sheets.
7. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, machinery, equipment, tools, work areas, and inventory.
8. Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck.
9. Have at least 6 months of HVAC experience.
10. Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn.
11. Have good analytical skills and attention to detail.
12. Provide exceptional customer service on the jobsite.
13. Be results-driven in a high-energy environment.
14. Follow directions and work independently.
15. Work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on weather conditions.
16. Mechanical aptitude is required.
17. Service Titan experience is preferred.
