Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an Install Helper to support lead installers with HVAC system replacements and add-ons. You will report daily to the warehouse to load parts and gear up for field installations, in a hands-on role with strong advancement potential in the skilled trades.

The position offers full-time, year-round work with earning potential based on performance, plus benefits like insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC experience preferred (field or school).
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
