Job summary

CoolToday is seeking an Experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our Orlando team. If you have 6 months to 1 year of HVAC experience, you’ll assist with installing units, loading and unloading materials, and starting up equipment on site.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience of at least 6 months.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service on the jobsite.
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates.
• Mechanical aptitude; Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units.
• Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
• Performing start-up of equipment.
• Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
• Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company.
• Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets.
• Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck.
