Syracuse Energy Systems Inc is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to join our Field Operations team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in HVAC installation by learning alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with daily tasks and equipment setup.
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and ventilation systems per code and specs.
• Support ductwork fabrication and installation for both new builds and retrofit projects.
• Aid in electrical wiring of HVAC systems and installation of thermostats.
• Handle tools, ladders, and equipment safely; help maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Participate in system start-up processes including airflow testing and refrigerant checks.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate courteously with customers when on site.
• Record and document materials used and hours worked accurately.
• Maintain tools and ensure vehicles are stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with fellow installers and other trades on-site to ensure job success.
  
  

What You Bring
