THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn)
• Eagerness to develop skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION HELPER

In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC installers to provide comprehensive support during service calls, system inspections, and maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems, as well as conducting careful safety and efficiency evaluations of systems. You'll be expected to communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure accurate scheduling and maintain updated service records, all while adhering strictly to Elmer's Training Processes and Procedures. Every task is an opportunity to enhance your technical expertise and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, all within the framework of the highest industry standards.
