Meridian is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Residential Installer to join our dedicated team in Lansing, MI. This position offers a competitive pay range of $25.00 - $40.00 per hour including an uncapped commission.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of helper experience, HVAC degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, 401k match, and professional development opportunities.
