Job Summary

An HVAC Install Helper assists technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, working under supervision to ensure proper and safe installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and equipment
• Organize and prepare tools and materials needed for installation
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE
• Support HVAC technicians by handing tools and assisting with physical tasks
• Perform minor system maintenance tasks
• Assist with customer interactions and learn HVAC skills continuously

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC certification or technical training is a plus
• No prior HVAC experience necessary; construction or mechanical background helpful
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
