Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air in partnership with ARS is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Helper to assist lead installers with system replacements and add-ons. You will report to the warehouse daily to load parts and gear for field work.

This hands-on role offers strong advancement potential in the skilled trades, with full-time year-round work, insurance after 31 days, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC experience required (field or school-based).
• EPA certification.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
