Job Duties:

1. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
2. Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required.
3. Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a professional and friendly work environment.
5. Work hard, smart, and efficiently.
6. Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
7. Wear floor savers while in the client's home.
8. Use drop cloths to protect the client's floors while performing an installation.
9. Maintain a neat work area.
10. Re-check each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks.
11. Use the Installation Excellence Form for re-checking.
12. Explain the system to the client when finished with an installation and ensure their satisfaction.
13. Be safety conscious on the job and while driving.
14. Maintain a production level minimum as determined by management.
15. Perform full system change-outs in a timely fashion.
16. Keep trucks neat and clean at all times.
17. Adhere to all company policies and codes when performing installation jobs.
18. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
2. Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
3. Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
4. Must be able to use hand and power tools.
5. Must be able to braze and solder equipment as needed.
6. Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.
