Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the lead mechanic in installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, drains, line sets, venting, low voltage wiring, gas piping, etc.
• Communicate with customers or contractors about job details
• Follow all safety rules, company policies, and OSHA regulations
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Promote the company through performance, attitude, and knowledge
• Wear PPE and follow all procedures set by Happy Home Services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds regularly
• Experience crawling in attics and crawl spaces, climbing ladders, working outdoors
