Key Responsibilities

• Perform essential tasks in HVAC system installations, including ductwork, drains, line sets, venting, low-voltage wiring, and gas piping
• Assist the lead technician with the installation and ensure all components of the system are set up correctly
• Ability to work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops) and perform tasks safely while using ladders and other company tools
• Communicate clearly with customers and contractors to answer questions about the project
• Adhere to all company safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and procedures
• Lift and move materials weighing 50-100 lbs regularly
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed neatly, accurately, and on time
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Represent the company positively through your performance, attitude, and knowledge
• Complete any other duties as assigned
