About Us:

As an Install Helper, you'll play a vital role in our team, assisting our Lead Installers in completing repairs and installations while delivering superior service to our customers.

Position Overview:
We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn. If you're ready to be part of a team where your efforts directly impact the customer experience and you have a passion for HVAC and generator systems, then we want to hear from you.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Responsibilities:

• Assist our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc.
• Aid in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and generator systems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and generator equipment when needed.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary; we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a continual basis.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and develop strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable going into crawl spaces or attics.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
