Job summary

Intermountain Home Services, LLC. is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to learn from experienced technicians while getting paid to learn. No HVAC experience required. You will assist with installing equipment, loading materials, using hand/tools safely, and supporting lead installers. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Interest in building a career in HVAC or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats.
• Help load materials and prepare job sites.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Support lead installers with measurements, equipment setup, and job-site tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn installation techniques, codes, and industry best practices.
• Deliver professional service at every job site.
