Job summary

JOLLY ENTERPRISES INC in Wilder, KY is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to learn alongside experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience installing heating and cooling systems. This role offers growth into a skilled HVAC Installation Technician through training, hard work, and commitment to quality workmanship.

You’ll assist with installations, learn safety procedures, and work in residential settings, including attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC Install Technicians with residential installations.
Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
Assist with removing old HVAC equipment and preparing homes for new installations.
Follow proper installation procedures, safety practices, and manufacturer specifications.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and respectful of the customer’s home.
Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials.
Identify and troubleshoot basic installation issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Work toward becoming a skilled, independent HVAC Installation Technician.
