New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Install Helper in New Berlin, WI. No HVAC experience is required—we’ll teach you the basics as you work with experienced installers on residential jobs.

You’ll learn to set up equipment, carry tools, and assist with ductwork while developing trade skills and a long-term career in the HVAC industry. A supportive team and safety-focused culture await you.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; we’ll teach you.
• Able to perform physical work, standing, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license if required.

Responsibilities

• Help experienced installers set up and install heating and cooling equipment.
• Assist with carrying, loading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
