Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking an HVAC Apprentice - Install to join a dynamic team. You will assist lead installers, ensure high-quality installations, and build strong customer rapport. This role emphasizes safety, organization, and ongoing training to advance your career in residential HVAC.

You will participate in all onboarding exercises, help with paperwork, and demonstrate professional conduct on site while learning installation and venting codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers in HVAC system installations; work efficiently and accurately.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
• Assist in staging jobs, following quality checklists and keeping the truck organized.
• Support documentation and on-the-job training to master installations.
• Maintain knowledge of installation and venting codes and ensure safety.
