Your New Role

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you’ll:

• Assist licensed HVAC professionals with installations and system set-ups.
• Learn and adhere to HVAC codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure proper inventory of tools and equipment.
• Deliver tools and assist with truck organization to streamline operations.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful installations.
• Participate in training sessions to build your skills and prepare for future growth in HVAC.

Minimum Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC field.
• Drug-free with a clean criminal background.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, or on ladders.
• Professional appearance and commitment to safety.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
