What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Install Helper/Apprentice, you’ll assist experienced installers with residential HVAC system installations while learning essential trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping in residential homes.
• Support the removal and replacement of old HVAC equipment.
• Learn to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Use basic hand and power tools to support installation tasks.
• Help ensure all work complies with HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Keep company vehicles stocked and organized.
• Work closely with lead installers, dispatch, and management to ensure efficient job completion.
• Participate in on-the-job training and certification programs.

What You Bring To The Team

• 1 Year of Related Experience – Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or another mechanical trade preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification is a Plus – Universal or Type II certification preferred.
• Strong Work Ethic – Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Mechanical Aptitude – Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to gain HVAC experience.
• Team Player – Works well with others and takes direction from lead installers.
• Customer Service Mindset – Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record preferred.
