A T&G HVAC Install Apprentice Technician

• Consistently represents themselves as a professional with industry knowledge and is a Lennox Premier Installer

• Is a jack of all trades, utilizing basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
• Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with customers and Home Care Club Members
• Participates actively in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events

What Does It Take?

• A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide full HVAC installs to customers
• 0-2+ years of experience or schooling in HVAC
• Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report
