Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup
  • Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials
  • Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and organization
  • Follow safety protocols and company installation standards

Requirements:

  • Strong physical ability (lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces)
  • Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops
  • Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
