Airco Service Inc in Ft. Smith, AR is seeking a Summer HVAC Install Apprentice intern to join our field team. You’ll gain hands-on experience assisting with installation tasks, service calls, and learning our standards for quality and safety.

Candidates should have a current driver license, be drug-free with a clean background, and demonstrate a customer‑first approach, punctuality, and strong attention to detail. We invite motivated individuals to apply and grow with our team.
