Job summary

Airco Service is actively seeking a Licensed HVAC Journeyman to join our Oklahoma and Arkansas team. You will perform service work across residential, commercial, and refrigeration systems and provide exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive sign‑on bonus up to $5,000, commission-based pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, vision, disability coverage, a 401K plan with Roth options, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC journeyman with residential, commercial or refrigeration experience.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with customers.

What WE look for in YOU!

• Experience as a Licensed HVAC Service Journeyman in Residential, Commercial, Refrigeration or all of the above.
• Drug free and a clean background report.
• Current and valid Driver License and State Journeyman's License.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, great listener, punctual, and efficient – to name a few.
