Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Wooster, OH team. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment used in transforming sheet metal into HVAC components, on the production floor and maintenance areas.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a craft apprenticeship preferred, and at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge. HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate degree is advantageous.
• At least three years in manufacturing equipment maintenance with pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge.
• HVAC systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for action.
