ARS-Rescue Rooter in Bulverde is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations while earning hourly pay with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Retail or kiosk experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and part-time/full-time flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Schedule in-home consultations and HVAC tune-ups with technicians and advisors.
