Job summary

SALARY: GRADE 65 - $3,366.13 monthly – Starting Salary

WORK LOCATION: Maintenance Department

GENERAL DUTIES:

To perform work in the assigned area in order to maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning apparatuses in proper condition so that educational and administrative facilities can operate at full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma.
• A universal refrigerant recovery certification accredited by the Environmental Protection Agency.
• Preference of 3-5 years in residential, commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibility.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary repairs.
• A valid N. C. driver's license

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $3,366.13 Per Month
