Job summary

Aire Serv is hiring an Install helper to assist with the installation, maintenance, and modification of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will help ensure efficient use of materials and maintain stock, while keeping vehicles and equipment in good condition.

The role requires strong communication with supervisors, teammates, and customers, along with reliability and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC & refrigeration preferred.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites.
• Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, minor maintenance, and some modification of HVAC systems.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain stock of necessary equipment.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good working order.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Perform other duties as needed including cross-training in related positions.
