IES is seeking an HVAC Helper to support installation, service, replacement, or operations on active job sites in Texas. This role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

It is an on-site position requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience, basic HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and codes preferred.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background and motor vehicle checks).
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC operations and maintain quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
• Ensure safety standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
