Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation crews in the Tucson area. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Install, troubleshoot, and oversee HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Train, mentor, and develop technicians and apprentices.
