Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Filter Changer to join our field team. In this role you will replace, clean, and maintain filters across school systems, industries, and retail locations, ensuring optimal system performance while adhering to safety guidelines.

The position is full-time with day and rotating shifts, typically 40–60 hours per week, including overtime. A valid background check is required and occasional overnight travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (screwdriver, etc...).
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.

Responsibilities

Company provides room and per diem when overnight travel is required.
